- Photocopy of PERMANENT EXAMINATION REGISTRATION RECORD CARD (PERRC ) in case there is error in your NAME and BIRTHDATE.
- REGISTRATION STARTS FROM 8:00 AM – 12:00
- NOON to 1:00 PM – 4:00 PM.
- REGISTRATION FEE WILL ONLY BE ACCEPTED UNTIL 4:00 PM.

when po ang registration sa mga hinde nakapag register nung sked nila? april 13 tama po ba?
