For no. 30, the correct answer is letter A because the safest way to identify the client is ask his/her name.

We have finished reviewing this post,

This site is very useful and helpful most especially to those who wants to pass the board exam. I know that board exam as not that critically-based questions but surely it is just the basic of nursing. Thanks for this site and I able to practice my testing skills and abilities.
