Manikang nanganganak at iba pang high-tech na gamit sa pag-aaral ng kursong nursing.

Sa pamamagitan ng mga modernong kagamitan, mababawasan na ang bilang ng mga tunay na pasyente na pinagsasanayan ng mga mag-aaral sa kursong nursing.

Ipinagmamalaki ngayon ng Far Eastern University (FEU) - Institute of Nursing ang makabago at high-tech na mga kagamitan, kabilang ang kauna-unahang intravenous simulator at virtual nursing laboratory sa Pilipinas.

Sa tulong ng IV simulator, maiiwasan na ang mga disgrasya na kadalasang nangyayari kapag nagkamali ng turok sa ugat ng mga pasyente ang mga nagsasanay na estudyante.

Sa pamamagitan ng IV simulator, isang plastik na braso ang nakakonekta sa isang espesyal na computer software. Sa naturang braso ay maaaring kapain ng estudyante ang tamang ugat na dapat turukan, at kung mali ang pagkakatusok ay lalabas ang resulta nito sa computer screen.
