CHECKLIST FOR ORDINARY HANDWASHING

  1. Gather the materials to be used.
  2. Remove watch. Roll up sleeves above elbow.
  3. Wet hands with water. Clean the fingernails.
  4. Soap hands and arms up to the elbow in running water using a rotating motion.
  5. Soap hands and rub. Pay particular attention to the fingers, webs, and knuckles wrist and arms in circular motion.
  6. Rinse very well, allowing water to flow freely
  7. Repeat no.5 and 6, if necessary.
  8. Dry hands and arms higher than the elbows with a fresh clean towel or paper towels.
  9. Close the faucet using a clean paper square.
  10. Prepare the equipment and solutions to be used.
  11. Make the hand solution in two basins.
  12. Soak hands in solution 1 (2 percent) stronger strength.
  13. Use nail orange stick and nailbrush.
  14. Rinse in running water.
  15. Soak both hands in solution on 11 (1 Percent) weak strength.
  16. Rinse in water and dry.
